Is there financing available?

Do you provide parking at the gym?

Yes, we provide ample parking for all of our customers during normal business hours.

Can I have a no joining fee offer?

We have several options for our gym where there is no joining fee. Please check the website, reach out to us via phone or the “contact us” option for additional information. 

Do you offer after hours access?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer after hours access. We are looking at offering this option in the future to our gym members.

Will I be shown how to use the platform?

We’ve made our site extremely user friendly for our members and non members. However, if you need any assistance using our platform please contact us using the options available.

Are there lockers?

At this time we do not offer lockers to our members but we will be offering that option soon.

Do you offer free shipping? 

For any orders over $200 we offer free shipping in the continental United States. Please review your cart at the time of checkout for shipping rate.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship world wide. Please review your cart at the time of checkout for shipping rate.

What is you return policy?

Please review our return policy which is listed on our website. If you have any additional questions please reach out to us using the options available. 

Do you do virtual training?

Yes, we have several options for virtual training with several of our experienced trainers.

Do you have other locations?

Currently we have one location but will be adding more locations in the future.

How do you accept payment for services and products?

We accept all major forms of payment on our website and you can also make payments at our location as well. For additional information if needed please contact us using the options available.

How can I make changes to my account?

If you need to make changes to your account please reach out to us via phone during normal business hours or via email.

What information does Cater 2 U Fitness require when applying for credit?

How can I find out the status of my credit application?

You can check the status of your application anytime by calling 888-622-8372. We will notify you via email of our decision within 24-48 hours of your application.

How do you apply my payments?

We generally apply payments up to your minimum payment first to the balance with the lowest APR, and then to balances with higher APRs. We apply any part of your payment exceeding your minimum payment to the balance with the highest APR, and then to balances with lower APRs.

Do you have a COVID policy and safety procedures in place for COVID?

We follow state and local public health mandates and evolve our protocols based on current directives. Please see your facility for the latest guidelines on face masks, vaccinations, social distancing and more.
•Wipe down any fitness equipment before and after your workouts
•If you have been exposed to or had any symptom of COVID-19 in the past 14 days or if you become ill, please do not come into the club

Does Cater 2 U Fitness allow guests?

Currently at this time we do not offer guest access to our facility. This policy can change with specials we offer to our members. For any additional questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us using options available.
