Crystal Jacobs was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana but the desire to live out her purpose has brought her to Houston, Texas. Crystal is a proud U.S. Army Veteran. After proudly serving her country, Crystal became a private government contractor where she served on the front lines in Afghanistan, Iraq, Germany, and Poland. After her 2012 deployment to Afghanistan, Crystal needed an outlet to help her adjust and return to normalcy as a civilian. Crystal used fitness as her outlet and fell in love with the process and transformation of the human body. In 2014, Crystal formed her first fitness company titled Crystal Jacobs Bootcamp in her hometown of Lake Charles where she specialized in boot camp style fitness, HITT Cardio, and full body blast workouts. Crystal's overall philosophy is to train the totality of the being: The Mind, The Body, and The Soul. Crystal Jacobs has also worked with some of the top trainers in the U.S. and is considered to be an Elite Trainer amongst her peers.
